Appointments
Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please inform us and we’ll try to make our schedule work for you.
Deposits
Deposit Amount: We do not accept deposits for tattoos.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for your tattoo, if there is an issue please speak with us and we will do our very best to make it correct for you.
Consultations
Initial Consultation: Consultations are free and can be scheduled in person or virtually. This is an opportunity to discuss your ideas, view your artist's portfolio, and receive a quote.
Design Approval: Design changes should be discussed and approved prior to your appointment. Significant last-minute changes may require rescheduling.
Health and Safety
ID Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older and provide a valid government-issued ID before receiving a tattoo, if under age 16 and 17, a parent must have a notarized form that is located on our website HERE.
Health Precautions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.
Hygiene: We adhere to strict hygiene and sterilization standards. All equipment is single-use and properly disposed of after each session.
Payment
Methods: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Full payment is required at the end of your session.
Gratuity: Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment.
Aftercare
Instructions: Aftercare instructions will be provided by your artist. Following these instructions is crucial for the proper healing of your tattoo. Instructions can be found HERE.
Touch-Ups: Touch-ups due to normal healing are provided free of charge within the first six months. Touch-ups needed due to negligence in aftercare will incur a fee.
Code of Conduct
Respect: We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the premises.
Guests: Please limit the number of guests you bring to your appointment. We recommend bringing no more than one guest to ensure a calm and focused environment.
Cancellations
Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so could result in the loss of your hold for your appointment..
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their hold and may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.
